WhatsApp: intake & job offers

Receiving requests over WhatsApp and offering jobs to suppliers.

• WhatsApp — (Meta Cloud API, connected in Settings) lets tenants and clients report issues by message — the AI drafts a request for you to confirm — and lets you offer jobs to suppliers: the supplier replies to accept, the job is assigned and, optionally, the property's access notes are sent (immediately if the 24-hour window is open, otherwise automatically on acceptance).
