Adding suppliers, the 71-service catalogue, UK county picker and search filters.
Adding a supplier
Suppliers → Add Supplier: company, contact, email, phone, Services (tick from the shared catalogue of 71 trades; + Add creates a new entry for everyone) and Areas covered (Nationwide, regions, every UK county, plus custom areas). Optional accreditations, bank details and notes.
The directory
- Filter by service and area (regions and counties grouped) or search free text — plumber in kent works.
- Badges: compliance state, SLA grade, the subcontractor badge for suppliers who outsource more than half their work (red at 100 %, unvetted when they don't vet subs), and portal when they have a login.

Suppliers maintain themselves
Suppliers update their own services, areas and documents from their portal. Changes are grouped into a daily digest notification so you stay informed without noise.
Finding new suppliers
Nearby shows coverage on a map with gaps; Onboarding holds applications from the public /apply form; Outreach runs recruitment campaigns to fill gaps.
