Supplier portal quotes: what you see & one-tap accept

Line-by-line supplier quotes, the private markup shield and accepting into a job/works order.

Suppliers build quotes in their portal line by line and apply their own private markup. You only ever see the final figures — the platform strips the supplier's cost/markup split from lists, detail pages and PDFs.

One-tap accept

On a submitted supplier-portal quote choose Accept → Job + Works Order (job created, works order issued with the quoted lines as the supplier's cost) or Accept → Job only. The supplier is notified that their quote was accepted and the quote is stamped accepted/converted.
