Profile-change digest

When suppliers edit services or areas in their portal, changes are grouped into one notification per supplier per day (08:00 Mon–Fri) instead of a stream of alerts.

Completeness reminders

Active suppliers with a portal account and an incomplete profile (missing phone, address, services, areas, accreditations or a required document) are emailed a checklist weekly — at most three times.

Onboarding chasers

Suppliers who haven't activated their portal invite are reminded at 3, 7 and 14 days with a fresh set-up link (invites older than 30 days are left alone).

All three can be triggered manually from the relevant admin pages.
