Make your quotes look like yours, reuse them, and let the portal follow up for you.

Branding for your quotes

Upload your logo and set your business name, tagline and footer text (VAT number, insurance level, company registration). Every quote PDF and email uses them.

Quote templates

On any quote press Save as template and give it a name — e.g. 'Boiler service', 'EICR 10 circuits'. Start a new quote from the template and adjust quantities. Markup presets save your usual percentages so juniors pick the right one.

Auto-chase your clients

Turn on auto follow-up and set Chase after (days). When you email a quote and the client hasn't responded, a polite reminder goes out automatically. 'Default to Auto-follow-up on every send' switches it on for all future quotes.
