What you can and can't see (client details redacted)
Why some information is hidden in your portal and why that's normal.
Fixlr is your customer. To protect their client relationships, every job, emergency, task, project and works order you see is a supplier-safe copy:

You see
The property address and what3words, the on-site contact, the schedule, scope and instructions, the client's access notes for the property, attachments relevant to the work, and your own agreed price (your cost lines on the works order).
You don't see
The client organisation's identity and contacts, what Fixlr charges the client, margins, internal notes or other suppliers' quotes. Pages show a 'Client details redacted' badge so you know nothing is missing or broken.
- You can't edit — jobs, tasks or projects — use Request changes on a works order, Propose a start date on a job, or notes and photos to communicate.
- Your privacy in return: the markup inside your quotes is never revealed to Fixlr or its clients — only your final prices are.
