Quote SLA settings

Thresholds, alert email and escalation CC list.

Settings → Operations → Quote SLAs: amber and red thresholds in working days (amber ≥ 1, red > amber), the alert email address and the CC list for red alerts. Saved settings drive the checker, the alert emails, the digest and the SLAs page.
