How your hours & mileage are recorded
Why Arrive and Complete matter for pay, and how mileage is worked out.

Hours
You don't fill in a timesheet — it's built from your Arrive and Complete stamps on each job, plus time logged on project tasks. The office reviews weekly totals per operative and uses them for pay, costing and purchase orders. Forgot to press a button? Tell the office the actual times so they can correct the entry.
Mileage
When you plan a route, the planned miles for that day are logged. Actual miles are estimated from your geotagged arrivals (home → each site → home). The office applies a pence-per-mile claim rate and can produce a mileage report for you. Setting an accurate home location and pressing Arrive at each site keeps this right.
