Your schedule & calendar feed

The Schedule view and syncing your jobs to your phone's calendar.

• Schedule — (menu → Schedule, or the Schedule section on My Work) shows every job, emergency, task and contract visit (↻) assigned to you by month or week. Tap an item to open it.

Live calendar subscription

In the settings cards on My Work, copy your personal feed link and add it as a subscribed calendar in Google Calendar (Other calendars → From URL), Outlook (Add calendar → Subscribe from web) or Apple Calendar (File → New Calendar Subscription). Changes appear automatically. Email me sends the link to your inbox; Rotate replaces it if it's been shared; you can also remove it.

• Single job: the .ics option on a job adds just that visit.
