Emergency jobs, projects & tasks

How urgent work and project tasks differ from ordinary jobs.

• Emergency jobs — work like jobs but with a response tier and countdown — Critical 4h, Urgent 8h, Moderate 12h, Minor 24h. Press Arrive as soon as you're on site so the response time is recorded. The same Access & Site Info, photos and Complete flow apply.

Projects and tasks

A project is a bigger piece of work split into tasks. Open a task for its dates, description and the project it belongs to; add photos, documents and notes, then Complete it. Some tasks have several sessions (visits) — each is listed separately on your schedule and is completed on its own.
