Required compliance documents on a job

Reading and acknowledging RAMS and method statements before you start.

Some jobs carry Required Compliance — documents from the company Compliance Hub that apply to that work: RAMS, method statements, safety policies, manufacturer procedures.

What to do

Open each document with Open document, read it, then tap I've read this. Your acknowledgement is timestamped against the document version. Once every required document is acknowledged, Arrive unlocks.

• If a document is updated — by the office you'll be asked to acknowledge the new version next time.
