Clock in and out with the site QR poster

Scan, tap, done — and what to do when the poster is out of date.

Fixed sites, depots and offices have a QR poster. Scan it with your phone camera → the Clock in page opens → tap Clock in. Your phone's location must be within the site boundary; if you're outside you'll see how far away you are. At the end of the day scan again and Clock out.

If the poster is out of date you'll see a message — pick the site from the list instead and clock in manually (the location check still applies).

Tip: On jobs you still use Arrive on site — clocking in is only for fixed sites your office has set up.
