Checklists & job forms

Ticking off the steps and filling in the forms the client receives.

Checklist

Many jobs have a step list (isolate supply, test, label, photograph…). Tick items as you go — ticks are saved instantly. Items marked required must be done; if any are unticked when you press Complete you'll see a 'Checklist not finished' warning listing how many are outstanding.

Job forms

Risk assessments, gas safety records, electrical test sheets or client-specific forms attached to the job. Tap the form under Job forms, fill it in on your phone and submit. The office can review it and it's turned into a PDF the client sees under Completion Documents & Certificates — so complete it carefully; it's a formal record.
