Notification preferences

Choosing email vs in-app per category, quiet hours and briefing emails.

Settings → Notifications: for each category (assignments, quotes, client actions, SLA alerts, compliance, mentions, contract bookings, ratings, monitoring) choose in-app, email, push or none; set quiet hours; opt in/out of the morning briefing and weekly digest.
