Team notes on requests, jobs, emergencies, projects and quotes — with mention alerts.

Every request, job, emergency job, project and quote has a Notes section for internal team discussion (never visible to suppliers or clients). Notes support attachments, editing your own note and deleting.

Type @ and pick a colleague from the dropdown (arrow keys + Enter). Mentioned people get an in-app notification and a branded email with the note text and a 'View note' button. Mentions are highlighted in amber.

Private notes — (padlock) are visible only to you and other admins with the private-notes permission — use them for sensitive commercial context.
