Multi-session tasks & time logging

Tasks that span several visits and how time is captured.

A task can have multiple sessions (visits). Operatives log time per session from their portal, and the header timer widget lets office staff log time against a project or task. Totals roll up to the project's hours and cost and into Staff Monitoring timers.
