Planned vs actual mileage per operative, pence-per-mile claims and reports.

In-House Team → Mileage Log: each day an operative plans a route, planned miles are logged; actual miles are estimated from geotagged arrivals (home → sites → home, with a road factor). Rows show planned, actual and variance.

Claim rate

Set pence per mile (HMRC 45p suggested) in the filter bar — rows gain claim miles and £ and totals show the claim. Export CSV or Generate PDF for a branded per-operative mileage report over any date range.
