In-house purchase orders (self-employed operatives)
Issuing period POs to self-employed operatives so they can invoice you, with a line per job worked.
In-House Team → Purchase Orders. A PO is issued to a self-employed operative for a period and lists one line per job worked: date, task/address, units and unit type (days, hours, visits), cost per unit, two optional rate columns with your own labels, and the line total.

Create
New PO → pick the operative and period. Generate from schedule pulls every job assigned to them in that period into lines automatically (with default rates), or add lines by hand. Bulk generate creates a PO per operative for a period in one go.
Lifecycle
Draft (editable) → Send issues it to the operative (notification + it appears under My Purchase Orders in their portal) → Acknowledged when they confirm receipt → Mark paid once you've settled their invoice. Download a branded PDF at any stage.
- Costing: issued PO totals count as labour cost against the jobs and in Profit & loss.
