AI scope of works, photo-aware drafts & photo mark-up
What the AI drafts from an e-mail, how you approve it, and the before/after photo tools.
With the AI drafting add-on, every request created from an e-mail gets an AI scope of works and caveats drafted in the background. The draft is internal until you approve it — clients and contractors see nothing yet.
Review
On the request, the Scope of works card shows a violet AI draft — review badge with Approve, Re-draft and Edit (Save & approve). Quotes raised from the request inherit the draft (you review the quote anyway).
Photos
The AI looks at up to six photos from the e-mail and the request, so the scope describes what's visible. If it spots a safety hazard in a photo, a red internal notice appears on the request.
Mark up photos draws numbered red rings (amber for hazards) with captions on each photo and saves a copy … - AI marked-up.jpg. The client sees marked-up copies once the scope is approved; works order PDFs print only the marked-up photos with the numbered caption list.
Before & after
On the job page (office and engineer), Upload completion photos files them into the job's After folder. Drag a completion photo onto an original to pair them; the client portal shows the pairs in a Before & after section.
Note: Older e-mail requests without a scope can be drafted in one go from Mailbox settings → AI scope of works → Draft for N existing requests.
