AI-built courses with quizzes, 80% pass, certificates with QR verification, reminders and the certificate wall.

Courses

Training (super admins and H&S Managers): build a course with AI — modules plus a multiple-choice quiz — or copy one from the Template Library, then publish and assign with a due date. Learners see one question at a time with a progress bar; 80 % passes; three fails lock the course until a manager unlocks it.

Certificates

A pass issues a certificate PDF (12 months by default): brand band, course, score, validity, module list, two digital signatures (H&S Manager + author), a unique number and a QR code to the public verification page /verify/certificate/<number>. It's filed on the operative and appears as a qualification on the Competency matrix. Engineers have a certificate wall in My Work with countdown rings and share images.

Competency matrix & team wall

Competency Matrix toggles between the matrix and a Team certificate wall: every engineer, counts, next expiry, and a Remind button that e-mails them about expiring certificates.

Reminders

Training reminders 3 days before due and when overdue (H&S Managers copied); a weekly still to finish nudge for library courses; the Friday digest lists passes, locked learners and certificates expiring within 60 days.

Note: Everyone else — admins included — sees My training first on the Training tab and a My training card on their dashboard while a course is outstanding.
