Toolbox talks

Draft a talk (write it, AI, or copy from the Template Library), choose attendees and Deliver to the team. Engineers read it on their phone and sign with a finger — required. The attendance PDF (talk text + every signature) downloads any time and is auto-filed to Files → Health & Safety when everyone has signed. One click turns a talk into a bulletin for the wider company.

With the Template Library add-on, the Overview shows a different library talk each week that you haven't delivered yet — Use this week's talk, Read it, Show another, and a progress pill (12 of 20 delivered).

Safety bulletins

Bulletins: AI-drafted from a note or an incident, severity info / warning / stop & read, audience everyone / engineers / named people. Send = in-app alert + e-mail; recipients read & sign; the office sees who's outstanding, chases daily until signed (or Chase now) and can close. The bulletin PDF with the signature list is filed and refreshed as people sign; share it to a client's portal if relevant.

Spikes in incidents auto-draft a suggested bulletin on the dominant cause for you to review.
