The H&S Template Library (add-on)

Ready-made RAMS, risk assessments, policies, COSHH, CDM, fire, permits, checklists, talks and courses you copy and make your own.

The Template Library (Health & Safety → Template Library, add-on, included on Enterprise) holds 140+ items written by the Fixlr team: RAMS for 50 trades, 20 COSHH assessments, policies, CDM packs, fire risk assessments, emergency procedures, permit templates, inspection checklists, toolbox talks and training courses.

Using an item

Preview it, then Use in my workspace — you get an editable copy in the right place (RAMS templates, HSE library, checklists, permit templates, talks, Training) labelled from the template library. Platform edits never change your copy.

Starter bundles

Start with a bundle copies everything for your trade (plus the every trade essentials) in one go, skipping what you already have. Courses need a super admin or H&S Manager.

Updates & versions

When the Fixlr team publishes a new version of something you copied, the tab shows an amber badge and the copy shows a banner: Compare & take (side-by-side diff — your old copy is kept), open, or dismiss. Copies of RAMS templates and risk assessments over a year old are flagged Due for review. What's new in the library lists recent publishes with an N since your last look pill.

Contribute

Propose to the library on a finished course, RAMS, checklist, permit, talk or approved document — published anonymously after the Fixlr team makes it generic.

Tip: In the COSHH folder, type the product name — matching library assessments are offered before you draft a new one.
