PDF branding presets (every PDF, matching e-mails)

One split button on every PDF: quick download with your default look, or pick a preset — per client if you like.

Every PDF button in Fixlr — H&S documents, inspections, incident reports, F2508, certificates, bulletins, RAMS, permits, toolbox attendance, client scorecards, quotes, invoices and completion reports — is a split button: the main click downloads with your team's default look; the caret lets you pick a saved preset or open Branding options….

A preset

Logo (upload; size none → XL), company name shown / edited / hidden, tagline, footer text, the Powered by credit (removable with the White-label add-on), an accent colour and a type pairing (classic / modern / serif / humanist / mono). The dialog shows a live PDF mock-up and a client e-mail mock-up. Save, update, save-as-new, set as default, delete; three starter presets are provided.

Per client

Client record → Paperwork branding: team default, as-is, or a specific preset (New preset for this client pre-names it). Sub-clients inherit. Everything generated for that client — e-mailed quotes, invoices, scheduled statements, shared H&S paperwork — uses it automatically, and e-mails to that client's users get the same logo, name, footer and accent.

Note: Presets are workspace-wide; the dialog shows Used by … so you know which clients a change affects.
