Health & Safety is a full HSE hub. The sidebar group lists: H&S Overview · RAMS · Risk Assessments · H&S Policies · COSHH · CDM 2015 · Permits to Work · Toolbox Talks · Lone Worker · Training · Competency Matrix · Template Library; the hub itself also has Inspections, Incidents, Legal register and Bulletins tabs.
Who manages it
Super admins and the H&S Manager role (Settings → Users). An H&S Manager lands on the hub, sees the H&S group, Notifications and the Knowledge Base, and nothing else. Only super admins and H&S Managers build, publish and assign training; everyone else sees only what's assigned to them.

- RIDDOR countdown — reportable incidents not yet filed, with the 10-/15-day clock and a notify without delay flag.
- Template library — latest ready-made items and updates waiting (with the add-on).
- This week's toolbox talk picker.
- Overdue checklists, documents past review, unsigned bulletins, training due.
Daily & weekly rhythm
Every morning at 08:00 the hub nudges admins about overdue checklists, documents past review, unsigned bulletins, training due and RIDDOR deadlines; on Friday at 16:00 H&S Managers and super admins receive the weekly manager digest (passes, locked learners, overdue items, incidents & actions, inspections, certificates expiring within 60 days).
