Know which laws apply and how covered you are; give clients a live view of safety on their sites.

Legal register

Legal register builds, from your company profile, the 12–20 UK Acts and Regulations that apply to you — duties, links to legislation.gov.uk, and the documents and checklists expected for each. Your library documents and inspection checklists link automatically by type (link, unlink or add your own); coverage shows covered / partial / gap and a percentage. A yearly review cycle reminds H&S Managers 30 days before and on the day; a law relying on a document past its review date is flagged Lapsed.

Client safety scorecard

Clients with portal access get Health & safety in their portal: average inspection score, pass rate, 12-month chart, By site scorecards, the inspection reports, documents and bulletins you've chosen to share, and scorecard PDFs (whole account or per site). Only opt-in shared items ever appear.

Monthly safety e-mail

Mark portal users as safety contacts on the client record (clients can also tick Safety e-mails on their Team page). On the 1st of each month they receive last month's scores, shared inspections, bulletins and documents with every site's report PDF attached — preview and Send now on the client record.
