Logging

Anyone — office or engineer — logs an accident, near miss, dangerous occurrence, ill health, damage or environmental incident with photos and a cause from the list. Incidents are internal; clients never see them.

RIDDOR

AI RIDDOR assessment says whether it's reportable, the category, the deadline and suggested F2508 wording; dangerous occurrences get a Schedule 2 category picker. The Overview's RIDDOR countdown tracks every reportable incident until you record the HSE submission; reminders go to H&S Managers 3 days before the deadline and daily when overdue. F2508 PDF pre-fills Parts A–H from the incident and the notifier details in your HSE profile.

Investigation

AI HSG245 investigation drafts the report; its recommended actions become tracked actions; close or re-open; report PDF.

Trends

12-month stacked chart (accidents / near misses / other), top causes, where it happens, near-miss ratio and a site × cause heat map. A month with ≥3 accidents or near misses and more than twice the average raises a spike alert to managers and auto-drafts a safety bulletin on the dominant cause; tapping a heat-map hotspot drafts a 10-minute toolbox talk on that site and cause, and the talk card later shows incidents 90 days before vs after.
