My HR: what employees and line managers see

The employee's own HR page, and the extra team card for line managers.

My HR (/hr/me, also under My Work) is every employee's own view:

• Details & documents they're allowed to see, with self-upload for categories you allow.
• Onboarding items owned by them.
• Pay — leave balance tiles, latest payslips and P60s (when on payroll).
• Leave — request with live preview, cancel pending requests, see stage pills (manager → HR).
• Sickness — report, I'm back at work, fit-note upload.
• Reviews — comment and acknowledge & sign completed reviews; download the pack.
• Training — passed courses and certificates.

Line managers

Managers also get a My Team card: who's in, off, sick or on leave today; leave requests to approve (with clashes); reviews they hold; upcoming leave for the next two weeks; a team calendar for their reports; and a sickness-pattern note where HR thresholds are crossed.
