File Hub overview

Folders per client, job, project and supplier; uploads; portal visibility.

• File Hub — organises documents into folders that mirror your records — a folder per client with sub-folders per job, emergency, project and contract, plus supplier and company folders. Uploads from job pages, portals and applications land in the right folder automatically.

Portal visibility

Clients see only their own client folder and the folders of their requests, jobs and emergencies (internal and supplier documents are never exposed). Suppliers see only what's attached to their work.
