Settings → Communications → Templates: edit subject and body for acknowledgements, quote approvals, rejections, works orders, invoices and reminders with merge fields. Doc Templates builds PDF documents (RAMS, method statements, certificates) from your own layouts with merge fields from jobs and clients.
