Contracts → New Contract.

- Title, category, scope — the scope is shown to the client.
- Client & property — pick the client; if they have registered properties choose one to fill the address, or search an address. Add the site contact.
- Schedule — frequency Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly (tick visit days; shortcuts Mon–Fri and Every day), Monthly (day of month) or Ad-hoc (no pattern; dates booked as needed). Start date, optional end date (blank = open-ended), arrive and finish times.
- Team, rate & invoicing — default team (in-house operative or supplier; every visit is pre-filled with it and can be overridden per visit); Rate (£) with Rate per visit / hour / day and Operatives per visit (e.g. 2 operatives at £18 per hour — hours are entered per visit when you invoice); invoicing mode (one invoice per visit, or one combined invoice per month); an optional default client PO (POs are usually entered per visit at invoicing); client booking switch with minimum notice (default 1 day) and the short-notice threshold (default 3 days).
- Contractor names in the client portal — follow the client default, show, or hide.
- Instructions for the team — access codes, sign-in, alarms.
On save, visits are generated immediately (through the end date or 90 days ahead), the team is notified with one summary, and the client's portal users are told the contract is live.
