Health & safety in your portal is a live view of safety on your sites, built from what your contractor chooses to share:

• Scorecard — average inspection score, pass rate and a 12-month chart; By site breaks it down per property with a trend arrow.
• Inspection reports — the shared inspection PDFs, newest first.
• Documents — H&S policies, risk assessments, COSHH and other documents shared with you (also in your Files under Health & Safety).
• Bulletins — safety bulletins your contractor has chosen to share.
• Download scorecard PDF — the whole account or a single site.

RAMS on jobs

Where a job needed a risk assessment and method statement, the issued RAMS PDF appears on that job's page as soon as it's issued.

Monthly safety e-mail

Tick Safety e-mails against the right people on your Team page and they'll receive last month's scores, shared reports, bulletins and documents on the 1st of each month, with every site's report attached.

Note: Nothing appears here unless your contractor has shared it — incidents and internal records are never shown.
