Rating a completed visit

Give feedback on any completed contract visit and see the running average.

Once a contract visit is completed, open it and press Rate visit. Choose 1–5 stars under How was this visit? and add a comment if you want to explain the score. You can change a rating later.

What happens

Our team sees every rating; scores of 2 stars or fewer are flagged for a follow-up call. Ratings appear as stars on the visit list, and the contract page shows the running average rating.

• Who can rate: Users and Administrators.
