File Hub

Every document, photo and certificate — organised by job.

Work → File Hub holds everything shared with you: photos, completion certificates, forms, quotes, invoices and any documents our team has published. Files are organised into folders that mirror your work — one per request, job, emergency, project or contract — so you can find a certificate months later by the job it belonged to.

Open a folder to browse, preview and download. You'll only ever see your own organisation's files; internal and contractor-side documents are never shown here.

Tip: the Files button on a job page opens that job's folder directly.
