Who's attending? Contractor names in your portal

Why you may see 'Contractor assigned' or your branded team name instead of a person's name.

By default the portal does not show the name of the individual contractor or engineer attending. You'll see 'Contractor assigned' — or, if your organisation has branding set up, '[Your brand] team' — on jobs, emergencies, the calendar and contract visits.

This keeps the focus on the outcome and lets your provider manage their workforce flexibly. If you would prefer to see names (for example so reception can verify who to expect), ask your provider: they can switch it on for your whole organisation or for individual jobs and contracts.

Whatever the setting, the on-site contact you gave us is always shown, and the contractor always receives your access notes.
