The Compliance page lists every statutory requirement your maintenance provider tracks for your buildings — gas safety, electrical (EICR), fire risk assessment, fire alarm and emergency lighting tests, Legionella, asbestos, lift examinations and more.

Each building shows a score and a status per requirement: Valid, Expiring (renewal already in hand), Expired or Awaiting certificate. Open Certificate to view the document itself.
