Budgets

Budgets in your portal lists the limits agreed with your contractor for your account or for individual properties, with invoiced spend to date, the percentage used and the period. It only counts invoices — work in progress isn't shown until it's invoiced.

Book a visit

Book a visit (and Book appointment on a request or job) shows the contractor's available slots; pick one and both you and the site contact receive a confirmation e-mail with a calendar (.ics) attachment. A preferred slot chosen on a request is carried onto the job when it's scheduled.
