Assets at your properties

See the equipment we maintain for you, its service clock and full history.

The Assets page lists every registered piece of kit at your properties — boilers, AHUs, lifts, panels — with its condition, status and next service date. Filter to Service due, Warranty or Poor condition and search by name, tag or site.

Open an asset for the service history (services, inspections, repairs, readings), the jobs raised against it, its components, make/model/serial and warranty. Costs and book values are internal and aren't shown.

• On site: many assets carry a QR label — scan it with your phone to see the same history and report a fault instantly, no login needed.
