Contract visit ratings

Client star ratings on completed visits and how low scores reach you.

Portal clients can rate any completed visit 1–5 stars with a comment, and change it later. Ratings appear on the visit sheet (red tint at 2 stars or below), as stars on the Visits tab, as a Client rating average on the contract page and on the contracts list.

Alerts

Every rating creates an in-app notification; 2 stars or fewer also emails admins flagged for a follow-up call. The operative is told on the first rating of their visit.
