Contextual help (the ? button)

Page-aware help, search and Ask AI from anywhere.

The ? button in the header opens a drawer with the articles relevant to the page you're on, a search tab and an Ask AI tab. It respects your role, so a client on their portal only sees client articles. Admins also find Take the live dashboard tour at the top of the This page tab — a two-minute narrated tour that highlights the sidebar, Create button, search, live tiles, notifications and settings on your own screen (it's offered automatically on your first visit).
