Company branding

Your logo, colours and sender identity — and how client branding overrides it.

Settings → Branding controls how your company appears on every surface clients, suppliers and staff see.

Settings → Branding

What you can set

Setting Where it appears
Logo (light and dark) Sidebar, sign-in door, PDFs, email headers, client portal
Primary colour Buttons and accents in the app and portals; tinted dark-mode surfaces
Company details PDF footers, invoice header, email signatures
Email sender name The From name on branded emails
Portal welcome text The sign-in door and portal dashboard greeting

Plan-gated extras (Branding page)

The fuller Branding page (Settings sidebar → Branding) adds: - Custom domain with the DNS wizard — custom_domain add-on. - Hide platform branding, custom favicon and font — white_label add-on. - Login page background and marketing copy.

Client white-label

Per-client branding on the client record → Branding overrides your branding for that client's portal users and emails — useful for managing agents who want their own name in front of their tenants.

Document branding (PDFs)

The Document branding card on the Branding page previews a sample Quote, Invoice, Works order, Job sheet, Completion report or In-house PO with your live edits — logo, accent colour, plus two document-only fields: - Strapline — sits under your company name in the header (e.g. Facilities maintenance across Yorkshire). - Document footer — one line per row: company registration, VAT number, registered address, payment terms. Shown at the foot of every PDF.

Your accent colour drives headings, rules and table headers on every document; a small Powered by Fixlr line closes each PDF unless the White-label add-on hides it. Open PDF / Download sample give you the real file to share with colleagues before you save. PDFs attached to scheduled emails (invoice reminders, briefings) use the same branding automatically.

Previewing

Use Preview portal to see the sign-in door and dashboard as a client would, in light and dark mode.

Tip: Upload a light-on-transparent logo for dark mode — the app switches automatically with the theme.
