Auto-rejection emails to unsuccessful suppliers

Letting the other bidders know, automatically and politely.

When you award a quote, the platform can email every other supplier who quoted to say they were unsuccessful this time. The wording lives in Settings → Templates and can be switched off per tenant.

Note: suppliers who hear back keep quoting. Supplier response scoring and the completeness reminders work best with an engaged roster.
