Module add-ons & 14-day free trials

Which modules are add-ons, what a locked page looks like, how a trial works and who can start one.

Fixlr's core (requests, jobs, quotes, invoices, clients, files, compliance) is included on every plan. Larger modules are add-ons you add when you need them:

Add-on What it unlocks
Supplier Directory onboarding, compliance, coverage map, outreach, scorecards, bulk invites (plain supplier records and job assignment always work)
In-House Team & Timesheets engineer portal (My Work), dispatch board, live map, timesheets, expenses, stock, purchase orders
Accounts & Bookkeeping banking, bills, receipts, VAT returns, reports, job profit
HR & Payroll HR hub, payroll, payslips, leave & sickness
H&S Template Library ready-made RAMS, risk assessments, policies, COSHH, talks, courses
Marketplace, Emergency Jobs, AI drafting, White-label and others listed on the Manage Subscription page

Plans bundle some of these (Professional includes Suppliers and In-House; Enterprise includes all four big modules). Anything your workspace had before it became an add-on stays included at no charge — the Billing page marks it Already included on your workspace.

A locked page

Opening a page for a module you don't have shows a panel with the price per month, Add to plan and — where offered — Try free for 14 days. The menu hides the module's entries until it's active.

Free trials

  1. A super admin or admin presses Try free for 14 days (staff see "ask your admin").
  2. The module unlocks instantly, for everyone, for 14 days. Nothing is charged.
  3. In the last 3 days an amber banner reminds you; admins also get an e-mail 3 days before the end.
  4. When it ends the module locks again — your data is kept. Add it to your plan to carry on exactly where you left off.

One trial per add-on per workspace. Revenue & Growth → Manage Subscription shows active trials and lets you add or remove modules; changes are prorated on your next invoice.
